Oakridge built my second home, and first house. In August of 2024, I saw an online ad for a model home in Pueblo West, Colorado. It was just an artist’s rendering, but the floorplan looked interesting so I made an appointment to check it out. (At this point I had been looking at houses for a year, and didn’t see anything I liked.) The gentleman who showed me around his own house in this new development sits on the board and is semi-retired. As soon as we stepped in the model that I would eventually get built, I thought, “This is it.” It took another trip down before I made the decision to buy. Tami, Jim, and everyone at Oakridge have been a pleasure to work with, and their guidance and suggestions have been immensely valuable. I closed in mid-March and it’s been a great experience.
